John 16 is one of the most intimate and comforting chapters in the Bible. Jesus doesn’t hide the reality of the troubles ahead. He speaks honestly about persecution, sorrow, and the cost of discipleship. Yet, in the same breath, He offers the promise of the Holy Spirit — the Comforter — who will guide us into all truth.
